At Apologetics Trump Apologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at support@apologeticstrumpapologies.org with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will send the exchange item once we receive the original item in its original condition.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@apologeticstrumpapologies.org. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
